Can I mix green beans with her food?

Is there some kind of diet to stop a cat from shedding?

Nisofu asked: My mom doesnt let me have a cat because they drop a lot of hair. (Or so did the cat we had some time ago.)
Is there some kind of diet or product to stop it from dropping much hair? If I find out how to, I’m almost sure she’ll let me buy it.
