Eating plan?

I just started an exercising plan, and I know I need to eat healthy to lose weight. The eating healthy is what I’m having a problem with. I am in high school, and I am starving by lunch because I don’t eat a big breakfast. I bring my lunch, but I never know what’s “healthy” that I could pack. What are healthy things I could be eating for meals? I am never really hungry in the morning, so I can’t eat these huge breakfasts. Help?

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    Oatmeal in the morning with a hard boiled egg, a piece of fruit between breakfast and lunch, salad and a piece of chicken breast for lunch. Some more fruit a few hours later and a sensible dinner. Keep up with the water intake and no soda!!
