cheat meal for my weight loss?

i love hot guys asked:


I cheat once every 3 weeks in my 1200-1400 diet. Sometimes i take 1 slice of cheesecake during my cheat meal. Sometimes, it is 1 slice of pizza or 1 red bean bun or 1 slice of chocolate cheese tart. Is that ok? Will it spoil my weight loss diet and make me gain weight? Or will it boost my weight loss instead?

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    It will stop you from going crazy from deprivation!

    I would even suggest having a cheat meal once a week. One slice of pizza or a slice of cheesecake won’t do any harm at all.

    when i had one slice of pizza for easter i gained weight. not too much and it was easy to work off.
    i think one slice of cheesecake would be allright. just don’t have a cheat meal too late in the evening.

    Everyone should treat themselves at least once or twice a week. You won’t pile on a load of weight from a slice of anything, it won’t even make a difference.
    It won’t change anything, but I definately think you need to treat yourself more just for the sake of rewarding yourself and giving you a boost

    No it is actually a good thing. It will reduce your cravings stopping you from bridging on bad foods to often. Plus you human eat all the foods you love just in moderation and go for a good run after. :)

    Hello,

    I had a similar dilema not too long ago. I had put on alot of extra pounds from the holidays and needed a way to get it back off.
