Ok, I need some good ideas for some smoothies I can make quickly in the morning, preferably without ice. And very low fat also. Need to know how much of each ingredient.

    well what i do it just throw in a couple of handfulls of frozen fruit(what ever kind u like) and some milk, a fresh banana, and maybe some yogurt…yumm. Play around with howmuch of each to see what u like

    Put about a cup of milk in a blender and dump in a little can of yogurt of whatever flavor you want, throw a half a banana in with it and a little sugar and there you go!

    INGREDIENTS:

    * 2 frozen, ripe bananas
    * 1 mango, peeled and sliced
    * Your favorite kind of juice (preferably orange)
    * 1 cup low fat or fat free vanilla or fruit yogurt

    PREPARATION:

    Cut banana into chunks. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, thin with a little more orange juice until you’ve reached the desired thickness.

    and just for fun, you can garnish it with a fruit slice on the edge of the glass or a dash of whipped cream.

    Make this at least 2 days a week and drink it before 12 in the morning. You will see improvements in your energy, your skin, your hair, and even your weight.

    I work at a busy fruit place and this stuff sells like crazy even though its pricey. But you can make it yourself.
