If I Take In Less Then 1500 Calories A Day Will I Lose Weight?

I am also doing 45 minutes of cardio six days a week.
I eat very healthy, small meals.
I take a multi-vitamin
I am a guy, 5 8′ 203 pounds. I wanna get down to 165 pounds by June. Is that possible at my rate?

    just don’t go lower than 1200 a day or your metabolism will slow!

    definitely. it sounds like you’re doin all you can do to lose weight in a healthy way. why are you trying to lose it by June? are you getting married? if you are that is so sweet that you’re losin weight for your fiance!

    That isnt enough food. Just get around 2300-2500 a day and keep up what your doing. Try weight training. Muscle burns fat when you are inactive. Good luck.

    I would think so, yes.
    However I would almost recommend taking in a few more calories than that, maybe around 2000. If you are doing cardio for 45 minutes 6 days a week, you dont want to find yourself short on energy or you may burn out. Simply burn more calories than you take in and you’ll drop the pounds!
