What Would I Have To Eat For 1500 Calories In 1 Day?

    you couldd eat lots of things!
    about 3 meals of about 350 calories and a few healthy snacks inbetween.
    it would be better to drink water, and try eat proteins such as eggs and fish as they keep you fuller for longer as does soup!

    Are you trying to diet and are wanting to consume only 1500 calories per day? Search online for “1500 calorie diet” or “calorie counter”. Take a multivitamin once daily and remember that your beverages can sometimes eat up your calories in no time.
    Are you trying to gain weight and have been told to consume at least 1500 calories per day by a dietitian/nutritionist? If so, post that and I will be happy to give you the recipe for a nutritional pudding that I have to feed my son that averages 1500 calories per 8 oz. (and it’s delicious).

    Look at the calories on the back of packages..or search the calorie count for that item on the internet..for example
    you ate an apple
    calories in an apple
    is what you put in google
