I Am Eating In Between 1300-1500 Calories A Day.?
I am eating in between 1300-1500 calories a day and I powrer walk three miles a day. 3mph at a 10-12 incline for an hour and according to my treadmill I am buring in between 600-660 calories an hour. Why am I not losing weight?
maybe you are eating more than you think or not burning as much as you think. sometimes those treadmills overestimate the calories you are burning and sometimes people underestimate how much they are eating. i’m just saying this because i have been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and i have lost 36 pounds in 5 months. if you have anymore questions or need advice feel free to email me.

Threadmill and Power walk – Good 10 points.
10 -12 Incline – Bad
Try 7.5 Kmph and 1-2 Incline.
Cycling – Very Good.
Eating – Greens and Vegs only – Very Good.
Eating – Meat – Not Good.
Drinking – Fruit Juice and Water – Very Good.
Drinking – Soda and Beer – Very Bad.
Follow proper things for good health.
