My older brother clued me into something a long time ago about diet….and thus far, it’s always worked for me. Just check for three things on the nutrition label of your foods….check the fat, protien, and carb content..if your protien and carbs are each more grams than your fat grams, you’re good to go. Now, we’re all different, and some diets work for some and not for others, but I can tell you this….I have been many body types over the last 15 or so years, and no matter what my build had been at any given time, this one has always worked for me. Running and Aerobics have helped me lose 150 pounds
eat lots of fruit ,vegetables, wholegrain bread/ cerial rich in dietary fiber,food low in fat and sugar, dont eat between meals
dont eat too much dairy products.

limit fried foods and sugar, and done eat anything past 6 pm.also a 20 minute walk per day will help alot, this worked for me
No soda. Small portions. Easy on the sweets. Drink lots of water. Of course you’ll eat like a hog when you get on your cruise anyway. The food is irresistable!
there is the Special K cereal diet..you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and dinner, and a balanced dinner..worked pretty well for me..10lbs in 2 weeks when I tried it..
or there is the supermarket diet..have a healthy choice, lean cuisine, weight watchers, etc. meal for lunch and dinner..have a bowl of low-sugar, low cal cereal for breakfast…(or another frozen meal if you like)
