What Can I Eat Every Day For Meals That’s A Total Of 1500 Calories Or Less?

what things should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe snacks if any so I can lose weigh? I don’t want to go over 1500. I don’t eat a lot and most days I usually only eat about 1200, but sometimes I go up to 1800-2000. what are good things to eat so I don’t go overboard and I can lose weight?

If you are serious about losing weight then you need to eat more!
When your body does not get enough food, it tends to store more fat because it thinks you are starving. If you eat more, you can increase your metabolism and burn more calories during the day!
Eat small, healthy meals throughout the day (5-6 meals) and maybe join a gym and do a little workout a few times a week!

I know this one from living with a dieter.
500 before noon usually cereal, milk and 10 am fruit
which she has a bunch of calories left over.
500 sandwich carrot sticks and fruit maybe a salad with diet dressing.
or two freska strip steak soft taco at taco bell.
Regular hamburger at McDonalds, with diet drink carrot and fruit.
Use the rest of the calories left to buy a TV dinner with that amount of calories. Read the box.

Lot’s of protein! Chicken, steak, fish(not protein rich just good, stick with the oily fatty ones like salmon) ummm beans, nuts…all good sources plus they make you fee full.
Other than that….cook with veggie oil and cut out the fat that comes with butter. Stay away from margarine. Drink lots and lots of water. And make sure to eat fiber and greens. Oh and stick with whole wheats if at all possible.

    you can go to http://www.mypyramid.org
and go to the meal planner (i think thats what its called). it’s wonderful, you pick foods from a list and it tells you how many calories itll add up to and how many oils as well…
