If I Eat 1500 Calories A Day, And Burn 1500 By Exercising, Does It Mean That I Didn’t Gain Any Weight?

I know my stationary bike isn’t accurate, but it’s close.
This may sound stupid but I’m thinking that the calories stick somehow.

well actually you would lose weight. your body naturally burns at least 1000 calories a day so if you added 1500 calories by exercise you would be burning more calories then you consumed. on the other hand if you burned 1500 calories with your BMR (thats what measures how much your body burns naturally) included then you would not gain nor lose any weight

Your body burns on average 70 calories per hour just for basic bodily functions like breathing, circulation, working of organs, maintaining temperature etc etc.
So you would be losing alot. You don’t need to burn that many calories. Half of that would be more than enough.
