I run about 6 miles five or six times a week. But I want to lose 2 pounds a week and worry that 1500 is too much?

Cats need a high protein diet, much more so than dogs (irrespective of breed)
Can you tell me why? Protein is needed for growth and repair to cells…so why do cats need extra?

I like everything to be simple….So i need some suggestions on a simple diet. When I went on first diet, everything was so simple and easy. I cut out oily foods slowly and everything and lost weight. Now that I’m on my second diet, why does it feel like every small step I take is a huge sacrifice?
And does anyone know a method to change this?

Is not that I’m too lazy to exercise,is just that I hate the feeling of being sweaty,sticky,and stinky!
