    There is no simple way to lose weight, and everyone knows that. MOTIVATION is the key to losing weight, anyone who has motivation and follow ANY plan..will lose their weight, the only reason why people can’t lose wieght is becuz they are too lazy….if you’re determined enough, anything will work.

    Honestly? I cleared out my fridge and cupboards-threw out all the junk! I shop a few times a week and only buy what I know I will consume in a couple of days-fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats or fish. I prepare my meals ahead of time so that when I wake up I know what I’m eating for breakfast, what I’m taking to work for lunch and what I’m making when I get home for dinner. I only eat what I’ve prepared, I don’t eat in between meals and I don’t eat after 7pm. I drink A LOT of water. I work out every morning before going to work.
    My motivation? The mirror!

    1. read the labels and portions. drink water (LOTS!!) its filling.
    2. You have to want to take the challenge. if you want to make a difference you have to hit it hard.

    Eat low calorie food. Count it. Dont eat junk food. Excercise.
