How Do I Go On A Protein Diet Without Adding Much Fat, I Am Looking For More Muscle Then Fat Will Running Help
I am looknig to gain more muscle through a protein diet but not put on muscle. I would like to keep my physique which is mostly more msucle in my upperbody then fat. But will it be just as easy as running/treadmill excersizes to keep my fat off?
look into the tuna fish and water diet. its a great way to lean up every few weeks.

Unless you are doing heavy weights. Dont do this. Take your running into the bush. Big hills, mountain and grind offroad. do some wind training on the flat (sprints) fortnigtly. Look up in the library Lydiard training principles. Snell, Walker, Moller all used these systems and looked great. Following Lydiards training also give great abs. Remember Kiss. Keep it simple. another principle is LSD Long Slow Distance. If you can run for 20, jog for 40, or walk for 80!
