If I Burn 1500 Calories A Week Just On Exercise Equipment, How Much Will I Loose?

I burn roughly 1500 a week just using my exercise equipment, my calories intake is 1500 sometimes less per day.
Im at home most of the day as im a stay at home mum, but im always up n about with the children.
So if i burn 1500 just on exercise equipment would i loose the 2 pounds a week? also taking into account all the other calories ill burn doing normal everyday things.
thanks.

You need to burn off 3,600 calories to use up a pound of fat, so 1,500 extra calories would be about 5 ounces! 700 extra calories burnt off a day, which takes best part of an hour, would be 1 pound a week!

Just with the excercising – no.
With the excercise and all the daily running round (and house work) it is highly likely. Try to walk short distances aswell instead of drivin.

A woman needs 2000 calories a day so if you reduce your calorie intake to 1500 per day, you are going to lose weight. Combine that with exercise and you are going to lose more weight. Bear in mind that the slower you lose weight, the longer it will take to put back on. Weigh yourself once a week, at the same time and your will see how steadily you will be losing weight.
