Anyone With Weight Loss Advice For Someone Who Works Out Like A Madwoman?
I am a 32 year old female no matter how much I work out I can’t shed the pounds. Anyone had success in this area? I try to eat well but I just get unbelievably hungry. Any advice would be appreciated.
If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The following are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.
• Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at a point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.
• The weight loss program is affordable by all and don’t need to pay a monthly fees to use it. In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and the amount of lose weight will reversed back once you stop consuming it.
• The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).
Since 2005 I have tried reducing my weight using most of the so-called popular weight loss program from the internet but with no avail until I meet the following weight loss program that’s finally worked for me with all the above criteria. I’m confident that it will work for you too.
You are hungry because you are working out so much. You might need to cut back on working out. Burning all that energy = body requiring more food.
Make sure you don’t stop eating. If you don’t eat enough, your body “remembers” to store more fat when you do eat in order to compensate.
It also helps to eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. And you can get full with healthy foods and healthy choices. Snacks — have cut up carrots and celery in the fridge and munch on those instead of chips or cookies. Frozen yogurt over ice cream. Extra-virgin olive oil over butter (which has added health benefits). Choose whole wheat bread and pasta. Don’t drink anything but water — AND drink a whole glass of water before you sit down to eat a large meal. Sometimes our body confuses thirst with hunger, which means the stomach will tell you that you are hungry when, in fact, you are actually thirsty.
First, you need to take a real look at your body. Maybe you already have a high level of fitness and your body doesn’t need to lose weight. If you’re aneroxic or bulimic, you need to seek help and find ways to feel confident about yourself.
Otherwise, if you exercise, that’s good. Monitor the types of food you eat, not the volume. If you eat a ton of fruits and veggies during the day, that’s okay. If you eat a ton of snack foods like chips and chocolate, that’s where you’re losing on calories. Keep a journal and write down every single thing you put in your mouth. Make adjustments with your diet after seeing what you do for a week.
Good luck!
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
From my own experience, The aerobic side of exercise is best along with eating healthy-whole grains, fruit and vegetables, nothing fried and cutting down on dairy products. I did the track and full court run. I would go to the gym to exercise in the swimming pool. Weight lifting helps but it kept the scale from going down if you are watching the scale. Soft drinks are a no no.
Stop working out too much – because actually you may be working off your muscled but not fat. Little but consistent work outs are good. Do 30 min of cardio …. not 60. Crunches and some weights.
Watch your heart rate, keep it low in the fat burning zone – and stop eating….
I know thats hard but its what will make you loose weight more than work outs
You need to watch your diet also, dear.
If you are eating well, you shouldn’t be ‘hungry’, unless you have a glandular problem of some kind.
Get yourself checked out.
6 portioned/healthy meals a day!
See your physician to make sure your thyroid is in check.
dont open your mouth and put food in it ..only way to be thin
Have you tried resistance training (i.e. weights ) ?
