How Many Calories Should I Consume According To My Bmr Of 1500?
My BMR is roughly about 1500 calories a day.
I have been eating about 1000 day.
Is this too little? Should it be more abour 1200 calories a day? Or is this about right?
I keep hearing that you’re supposed to eat either 500 or 300 less than your BMR, but since its only 1500 originally, is this dangerous?
I am 14, 133 lbs, and 5′1.
