I don’t have the money to pay for a personal trainer or an expensive workout program- I need to lose weight without losing alot of money. Are there any websites that might cater to my needs?

I am looknig to gain more muscle through a protein diet but not put on muscle. I would like to keep my physique which is mostly more msucle in my upperbody then fat. But will it be just as easy as running/treadmill excersizes to keep my fat off?

I am a 32 year old female no matter how much I work out I can’t shed the pounds. Anyone had success in this area? I try to eat well but I just get unbelievably hungry. Any advice would be appreciated.

I burn roughly 1500 a week just using my exercise equipment, my calories intake is 1500 sometimes less per day.
Im at home most of the day as im a stay at home mum, but im always up n about with the children.

My BMR is roughly about 1500 calories a day.
I have been eating about 1000 day.
Is this too little? Should it be more abour 1200 calories a day? Or is this about right?
