Is this a healthy low fat smoothie that I can drink everyday?

I heard that you can make good smoothies with just fresh fruit and ice blended together….nothing else. No milk, no yogurt, no flavoring….Just the fruit and ice.

Someone told me they make their strawberry bannana smoothies by simply cutting strawberries and bannanas, throwing them in a blender with ice, add a 1/4 cup of water. And blend.

Its the same thing as eating the fruit whole and drinking a glass of water? If I do this do I still have to worry about portion sizes or can I drink a whole glass, I mean it is only fruit and water right? If I have one everyday would It add on pounds?

    Slim down – remove fat

    welll yeah you can make a smoothie without milk or yougurt and it wont taste very well, no i woulnd add one too your diet
