Smoothies and Apatite suppressants?

is it bad that i can go an entire day and just eat two fat free pumpkin bread rolls (120 calories) which have been acting like an amazing apatite suppressant. and drinking two fat metabolizing fruit smoothies?

Before, i would drink a smoothie for lunch and after i worked out. but that wouldn’t effect my hunger, so i would still eat 3 full meals a day. But since i started getting the pumpkin bread rolls and fat metabolizing smoothies from smoothie planet and tropical smoothie, I am no longer hungry. At all.
I have also been taking 6 hydroxycut extreme pills a day, and the daily dosage of centrum complete.

I work out daily, where i run three miles a day, and 5-10 mins of jumping rope.

I mean i have been seriously living on a pumpkin bread roll and a low fat diet smoothie after my second class at 11 am. No breakfast, and the same thing around 7 pm after i work out. + the pills

The smoothies are “Mediterranean Monster” at planet smoothie, and “Fat buster” at tropical smoothie

    you are not getting your vitamins and minerals or fat. pills are ok, but they are supplement intended to aid your diet, not be a substitute. plus those vitamins don’t get absorbed as readily.
    you may feel ok for a couple of months on this diet routine of yours, but you may start developing some problems later on with your hair and skin, and your immune system may suffer too. so try to bring in some diversity. drink different smoothies and try eating some meat for protein, or nuts. you don’t need to eat a lot if you don’t feel like it, just try to eat a little of different things.

    yeah please dont set yourself up for disaster. those kinds of diets are reffered to as “CRASH diets” for a reason. just do it the right way and be patient. you need other nutrients that bread and smoothies dont give you and when your body need them you wont be able to control your hungar after that, even worse, you could slow your metabolism to a screching halt by eating like that. your body will turn supper efficient at metabolising food and you wont loose any more fat, youll be stuck at your rock bottom calorie limit and you will be forced to eat more to speed it back up or just sit there spinning your wheels and getting nowhere, essientally wastiing your time in the gym and starving yourself for pretty much no reason considering your body has adapted to your starvation diet. get real, be serious, and be patient, youll reach your goal, rome wasnt built in a day and you didnt put on that fat in a week either
