eat porridge every morning, have something like past/rice in for lunch with chicken/turkey. Several times per week eat steak for tea, other times try fish or chicken again.
snack on high protein sources like cottage cheese.
if this doesn’t show results as quickly as you’d like, eat carbs at night – like mash potato for instance, or chocolate

Pastas will do well. Energy bars and those powdered mixes that body builders use to bulk up (check GNC). Avocados will throw on some pounds. Peanuts, cashews (nuts in general) will add additional fat calories.
It comes down to eating more than 2,000 calories per day and not being active.

Well I would say, eat lots of white bread, potatoes, macoroni, and white rice (carbs).
Lots of protein, Fried chicken, steak, eggs, beans etc.
Lots of whole dairy products, milk, cheese and stuff.
And absolutley no veggies and fruits. You should gain weight in no time.
Oh and lots of junk food. lol! ice cream, cream cheesecake, double chocolate cake, pancakes with lots of butter and maple syrup!!!
PS And fill your belly before sleeping that way the weight will stay on! Eat everything you can after 8! no excercising either! Just eat and sleep your hearts content!!!

Lordie, this is the easiest problem in the world, and also the most questionable question in the world, as someone who has spent the last 20 years fighting weight increase, I think I may be qualified to answer/
think about these items
lamb chops with the fat, it tastes great
don’t skim fat off any dishes
eat loads of cream based dishes, ie pasta
love chocolate like all of us who are trying to loose weight
eat chicken cooked anyway as long as the skin and fat are left on
don’t exercise
become a lounge lizard, in other words live on the lounge
drink loads of beer, as long as it is not low cal and snack on fatty chrisps
eat loads of cream cakes
this should be the easiest thing in the world to do, I envey you, just make sure you do all the things that you should not, lots of fried foods, cream based foods, fatty foods etc, Lordie I am enviuos of you
