But I’ve been wondering how long it usually takes to see some results in the way your body looks.
If I fix my diet and exercise so that I am losing around 1 pound a week, what will my results be like as I go?
In my opinion, 1 pound a week is a fine and satisfactory amount to lose, but I don’t think it’d make much a difference in your body’s appearance by the end of the week. Am I wrong?
