After you stop taking diet pills, will you gain all the weight back if you continue to work out?

Volleyball_girl asked:

I work out almost every day…and I haven’t lost much weight, so I want to supplement my workouts with a diet pill. If I take a diet pill for only about 2 months, then I stop taking them, but I continue to workout, will I gain all the weight back?

You shouldn’t gain weight back after taking the pills for that long as your body would have changed by then. It really depends what you are taking as well.
A lot of diet pills on the market don’t work so watch what you buy!
